Unity Mobile leverages BroadWorks Anywhere functionality through the native dialer on mobile devices, significantly enhancing call reliability and streamlining support for service providers.

Supported Features include:

• Call Control: Hold, transfer, conference calls, and call recording for both inbound and outbound calls
• Visual Voicemail: Download, playback, deletion, and viewing of voicemails
• Contacts: Access group/enterprise and personal contacts from BroadWorks, in addition to contacts stored locally on the device
• Busy Lamp Field: View the current status of colleagues within your group or enterprise
• Messaging: Send SMS messages and emails via native applications to contacts with mobile numbers or email addresses in their profiles
• Instant Messaging: Communicate with other Unity users within your group or enterprise, or update your presence status for visibility
• Service Configuration: Manage your VoIP environment directly from Unity Mobile, including enabling Do Not Disturb, managing call center availability, visual voicemail settings, and creating conference calls
